Requests for images
Request a hi-res image from the collection here for publications and other commercial purposes. You can download images for private use via the Online Collection. Permission for use must be requested for publications and other commercial purposes using the form below. The general terms & conditions for use are applicable.
Request the right to use the image well-ahead of time.The average processing time for an application is four weeks after payment, unless otherwise stated. If a photo needs to be taken of the object, processing might take even longer. For labour-intensive recordings of the object, the Zaans Museum reserves the right to apply different rates.

Images used for commercial purposes or publication €50 per photo
Urgent requests €20 extra per photo
Prices are excl. 21% VAT
The request will only be processed if the image request form below has been filled in completely. Once the form has been received, you will receive a confirmation of the agreements made and the costs.

Image requests
The Zaans Museum was founded in 1998 on the Zaanse Schans to guard and preserve the Zaan heritage.
The Hembrug Museum tells the story of the arms and ammunition factory that was located on the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam.
In 1697, the Russian Tsar Peter the Great stayed in this world-famous house in the center of Zaandam.
